From the orange-tree courtyards of Granada and the white villages of Andalusia to the fincas of Ibiza and the beaches of the Balearics, international couples fly in from the UK, the US, Germany and Mexico every year — today around 40% of all destination weddings in Spain are celebrated by couples from abroad.

When you are planning a wedding from another country, every detail has to be ordered remotely, arrive on time and match the vision you have in your head. That is exactly where personalised napkins for your wedding in Spain make life easier: they are small, they are affordable, they photograph beautifully, and — when they are printed locally in Spain — they are one of the few details you can genuinely leave to the last minute.

Why personalised napkins matter at a wedding

Napkins are the one piece of the table that every single guest touches. They are in every close-up photo of the place setting, the welcome drink and the cake table. Used well, they do three jobs at once:

They carry your identity. Your initials, your wedding date, a monogram, a botanical illustration or a quote — printed in full colour, the napkin becomes a miniature version of your stationery suite.

They tie the table together. A napkin in the right colour and size pulls the plates, glassware and linen into one coherent look, which is exactly what wedding photographers shoot for.

They double as a favour. A cocktail napkin with a thank-you message, or a small Mini Servis napkin tucked into a welcome bag, gives every guest something personal to take home.

And because they are printed on paper, they cost a fraction of other personalised details — you can put your monogram on 300 napkins for less than the price of a single centrepiece.

Made in Spain: the advantage for international couples

Alamedida prints personalised napkins in its own workshop in Granada, Andalusia. Nothing is outsourced and nothing is shipped in from abroad, which changes the maths for a couple organising a wedding from London, Berlin or New York:

Free design service. Send us a logo, a colour or even a rough idea on a napkin, and our designers come back with a digital proof at no cost. No design software, no agencies, no back-and-forth with a printer in another time zone.

From just 20 pieces. Minimum order 20 units — enough for a welcome-drink test, a rehearsal dinner or a small ceremony, and low enough that you can order a sample run before committing to the full count.

24–48 hour urgent production. Standard turnaround is 4–6 days; if your wedding moved, your planner changed the palette or you simply forgot, urgent production takes 2–3 days with shipping in around 14 hours.

Full-colour CMYK printing. Photographs, gradients, gold-look tones and complex logos all print cleanly — no plate fees, no colour limits.

English-speaking support. Message us on WhatsApp in English and we will answer in English, from the first question about sizes to the final tracking number.

In short: ordering personalised napkins in Spain while you plan from abroad means local production, a free design service, fast shipping across the country and no surprises at customs.

Our wedding napkin range — sizes and indicative prices

Five formats cover almost every moment of a destination wedding — which is why so many couples come to us for wedding napkins in Spain, printed and shipped from our own workshop rather than imported. These are the indicative 2026 prices for full-colour CMYK printing; they fall significantly as quantities rise, and your exact price comes back in seconds with a quote.

Product

Size

Best for at a wedding

Indicative price

Cocktail napkins

20×20 cm (10×10 folded)

Welcome drinks, canapés, bar and cake table

From €0.13/unit at 5,000 units — minimum 20 units

Cocktail+ napkins

25×25 cm (12.5×12.5 folded)

Formal toasts, seated starters, premium catering

From €1.12/unit

Dinner napkins

30, 33 or 40 cm

The main table setting (40×40 folds into a classic quarter)

40×40 from €1.55/unit

Mini Servis

17×17 cm

Wedding favours, gift bags, dessert and coffee service

From €1.74/unit

Airlaid

30×40 cm, cloth-feel premium

Luxury villas, black-tie dinners, yacht and boutique-hotel weddings

On request with your design

At typical wedding volumes (100–500 pieces) the per-unit price sits above these headline «from» figures, and drops with every step up in quantity.
